Why windows 7 give me error.

I put the disc in the drive and started it up and then I went to custom install and I tried to install Windows 7 after copying files expanding files begin and after 3% my PC give this error.please help.te error is: Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570.

your CD is most likely dirty or scratched. Are you installing a legal OS?
