Looks like a trip to a repair shop is in order.

Actually this board is in warranty and it was replaced by the company just a week because it became dead noe this problem is coming, I just want to make sure that this is a hardware problem

Hi

PS/2 keyboards are not hotplugable so should only be connected when PC is switched off.
USB keyboards can be hot plugged but may not work for a short period while windows recognises them.

Does the motherboard have keyboard & mouse PS/2 ports ? (if so try mouse port for keyboard)

If you have a linux live CD (many versions available, I use Parted Magic) or even a Windows CD/DVD

If you boot from the CD/DVD you can bypass corrupt driver/registry settings to see if problem is hardware or software.

During PC bootup hitting Del, F2, F12 keys etc takes you to BIOS or boot drive options before Windows has started
