Overclocking Samsung PC3200

I overclocked my samsung3200 from cas3 to cas2...is this too much of a jump and a no-no, or is this safe for my system? It works fine if I give the DIMM's some more voltage...

Are there any other typical memory settings that are worth tweaking besides CAS, for example, interleave?
