All the pictures seem to show a cigarette lighter to mini usb adapter
for travel power.

All the text I've read says the usb charges at a slower rate than the
wall power dc plugin.

Does the travel kit charge at a slow rate (it's the TE mini usb input
that causes the slow charge) or a fast rate (it's the PC source power that
slows a usb charge to the TE) or some other result (cause)?

Thanks,
