I am looking at an ECS K75A SiS 735 Socket A MoBo for my 1.33 T-Bird.

It supports both DDR (200 and 266) and SDRAM (100 and 133).

Which fits my MoBo and CPU the best?! (2 slots each up to 1gb total)

DDR without a doubt.

Go with whats fastest. You would be dumb not to.
1 stick of 512Mb PC2100 would be perfect.
