Currently I am just using my on board sound card and some cheapo speakers. I want to upgrade but only have a budget of $150 or less. I was looking into a bunch of options and I saw the Fortissimo III card and the Logitech Z-540 speakers. Are these good choices? Easy to use (very important!!!), high quality, good options.
I know almost nothing about audio equipment, but I want good audio quality for my games and movies I watch, and something that is easy enough to hook up and use. I know I can get these 2 together for about $120 and that is my range.
Any help, comments, or suggestions would be great. I'm looking to buy end of this month or early next month.
