i'm having a problem with win 8.

it appears the local security authority process developed a memory leak and i am not used to rebooting my pc on a daily basis.

it starts out just fine and might make it half a day or a day and then it starts to get larger and larger until its using most if not all of my available ram.

i searched around but haven't found a good solution but it seems to have been a common problem, i guess i go longer than most because i have 16gigs of ram.

the other day the pc started to go slow as a snail and i checked out task manager and the authority process was using almost 15gigs of ram.

has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

other than that i like win 8, once i had the start button back it basically the same as win 7 on the desktop.

has no one ran into this issue here or has no one found a solution.

it appears when i was looking into it, it was a problem in the beta as well.
