Tom's taken in by the french life style, not french politics.

Ever been to France, Eden? It's got plenty of beautiful spots indeed and if you appreciate food (food, not <b>fast</b> food) then it's heaven for sure. The fresh foodstufs you can buy there are just amazing. We've been there on a regular basis to spend our summer holidays there although this year we'll be going to Italy (I do not care much for Italian politics either).

Oh my, you didn't think I was dissing them with that remark, did you?

DH and I are complete opposites on how we view France, LOL! I was being sarcastic actually.
I only went to France on a escale flight to Lebanon. I wish I could visit it though. My grandpa studied there in Lyon.

Wonderful place no doubt. Ask DH for the opposite package. :wink:

I would be quite surprised if DH knows anything about the french lifestyle.

Btw I heared that Chirac and Bush made out (or should that read "made up"?) during last D-Day memorial day so American restaurants are allowed to have french fries on the menu again, instead of freedom fries.

I heard that BigMac's were known as "weapon of mass destruction" in Paris, generally referred to as a BigMess (may just have been a problem with getting the english word out right). Given DH's topic on fast food it seems an apt description of the food. Love them, myself :tongue:

those pages haven't been updated for as long as i've been around here. i think Tom is fatter now. Fredi doesn't have that car anymore...he hasn't had it for a while. i think he drives a black sedan now. as for Omid, i think he still looks pretty much the same. well, i never asked him those kind of questions.
