TB or onboard sound

I was wondering if I would really need the Turtle Beach sound card if I got the Asus a7n8x board. I mostly just play games, watch movies, and once in awhile I'll listen to music. Thanks.

I'd go with the onboard sound

You have to consider what speakers you are using or are going to use. Do you have a decent 5.1 system or 2 paper cups? If you have a decent 5.1 system and sound quality is important to you, you may want to go with the TBSC. If not then the onboard sound will be fine.

NForce have very good build in sound there is no reason to use another sound card.

the onboard sound is very good. it will satisfy any gamer.
