BOOTMGR IS MISSING

Hello,
when i try to start up my Laptop it seems "Bootmgr is missing press ctl+alt+del. when i press it, it return to the same situation "Bootmgr is missing press ctl+alt+delt.
Please help me to access my windows again>>
