Which router to choose?

Should I get the belkin 600 db?

I have heard mixed reviews between the both and just cannot decide on either one.

My D-Link Dir-615 just died, so I needed to replace it, I went down to a local walmart and didn't want to spend too much money there's about a 10 dollar difference between them. But, I can't really tell which of the two are better, they seem to have the same specs, and there are so many mixed reviews between them. My current situation is that I have a two story house, and I like to game a lot, simultaneously, my mother watches Netflix as well. So, something that's pretty hardcore for that job? Oh and sorry, I accidentally put the same link for both routers, it's changed now.
