1 vpn router, 1 regular router how to connect everything

Hi, I have a router set up with openVPN so I can access Pandora in Canada, which is attached to the primary router. So, I have two home networks. My TV, Roku and Sonos are hooked up to the VPN Router (secondary). My Server is hooked up to my primary router. How can I make my WHS and Windows 7 pc visible to my devices attached to the VPN router and vice-a-versa?

By setting different ip address ranges for the networks and using the router the device is connected to as the standard gateway. Both routers may need a route to find the other network.
