Sound problem

Hello,
i insatlled sound driver but i can not hear voice in my headphone & my headphone is plugged in computer btt my computer system showing that my headphone is unplugged....plzzzz tell me the solution...

Make & model number of your PC? Sure you have the right Audio driver?

first of all check to see if the headphone are plugged into the back of the PC, and in the green line out port, then check the volume level in the taskbar (speaker icon), if the audio works from the back and you are using the front/side ports on the case it could be they're not connected or connected improperly, failing all that then it maybe the drivers.
