As to changing, if you have a retail copy of Windows 7 - 64 bit, you also have Windows 7 32 bit. If you have an OEM copy, then you SoL .... you'll need to buy the 32 bit version.

sounds easy enough, however I cannot even install my software.......nevermind running it in compatibilty mode, so....as I read this, what I am to understand is.......I need a clean install of Win 7....at 32 bit, yes?
