Xbox can connect via ethernet, but not computer

Hey guys,

I am trying to connect my PC to my router and I am having problems. Whenever I connect via ethernet, I get "no internet access" but if I use the same port and connect to my Xbox, it goes through fine. Any ideas?

If you are using a static IP address on your PC, try switching over to DHCP. If you must use a static IP address, make sure it's on the same subnet as your router.
