Which CDRW? Tags: DVD Writers Storage Last response: November 27, 2002 12:47 AM in Storage Share r1013 November 25, 2002 5:12:18 AM I'm building my wife a new system and I looking for a good quailty CDRW for under $100.00. The cheaper the better! I currently have a Plex 8/4/32 and its ran great the last few years. My only problem is sometimes it won't recongize my cds but it still works great. I have seen recommended here Lite-On, as well as plex. LiteOn 48x/24x/48x is the best buy. Thanks for the response. | Report abuse lhgpoobaa November 27, 2002 12:47:02 AM Ditto. I just got a liteon 48x24x48x with black faceplate  Amazingly fast and quiet, even on full spin. And it burns at 48x, even thought the media is only 1-16x rated. 10x cd-rw disks go at 12x. I need to find some proper 24x disks. Additionally ive heard that the 48x24x48x is flashable to 52x24x52x and soon even 52x32x52x! <b>The Intel Celleron 2.1 & 2.2Ghz processors provide consumers with a great way to get on the Internet.
