Motorola V551 and Bluetooh Headset answering question.

Hello,
I just recieved my V551 yesterday. So far so good, just having some
trouble getting used to everything. I had the Ericsson T39 and used a
Jabra bluetooth headset with it. The thing I liked was I could leave
my headset on and either push the button on the headset to answer
through there OR flip open the phone to answer through the phone.
Also, when making a call it would prompt me if I wanted to use the
phone or headset (if I was dialing the nubmer through the phone). So I
got my V551 and I can do all this. I'll forget to turn off the headset
and then grab the phone in my purse and open it and it will answer, but
through the headset. Are there any settings I can use to make it like
the Ericsson? Any tips for bluetooth headset usage? Thanks in
