Hyper transport sync flood error

Recently my computer has been crashing and restarting giving me a hyper transport sync error has occured on last boot error messege. This mainly only hapens when i begin playing a game. I'm not overclocking so i dont think i need to increase the voltage to anything, but im not completely sure. Any help is greatly apreciated.

please verify you are using the latest update for your bios as well as the latest drivers for your video adaptor.

i know i have the latest drivers im not sure on the bios ill go try to update it now
