Windows 7 64 bit OS in my lap

recently i had installed windows 7 64 bit OS in my lap,2 drivers usb and bluetooth are not getting installed....y wats the reason????

The usb is probably 3.0 which Windows does not natively supoport yet. I believe that Windows does not natively support bluetooth yet either. The best I can suggest is to go to the laptop manufacturers website and download the drivers from there.

have you tried using the USB ports, and, are they 2.0?
Why don't you try and download and install windows updates, that could help.

May possibly be a chipset driver. Try the manufacurers site for available drivers, if its Intel then you will find a driver at intel/support.

Windows Update can also contain bluetooth and USB drivers.
