Hey im wondering if you can run a cable fromyour router to a output in another room in your house and have a ethernet cable from that output into my computer and have several d you have a suggestion on waht i can use ineed like 2-4 outputs

question 2: Do you guys now if its legal to split a tv cable from your modem into another tv

You can run a single Ethernet cable from your router to another room, and then use a multiport switch to connect several devices.

I cannot answer the legality of splitting the cable to connect another TV, but it will halve the signal to your modem and your speed might drop.
