Computer hard drive died.Had a new one in stalled and now I can't get on line

More information is needed.

Was the hard drive your system drive, if so did you reinstall the network adapter drivers? Does the network adapter show up in the device manager as working?

Also, did you set the network control panel settings to automatically obtain an IP address from the gateway, or to the static address that was previously used?
