I have the ATI AIW 7500 card in my WinXP system and am having a problem with a really bad image quality (choppy/snowy) while displaying TV on my monitor and most channels have no sound. I am connected with Cox "high speed" internet and have a splitter at the wall, one line to my tuner and the other through my cable modem. I have reloaded all of my drivers with the latest ones. Is this hardware...software? Thanx.
