Hello,

I bought this phone with usb data cable and mobile phone tools installation
cd. The software does not recognize the phone when (the software) prompted
to plug it in via my computer's usb port.

As yet, I cannot find a fix for this. Anyone got any clue on how to fix
this?

when you install MPT go to menu and update the tool to the latest version,
thats what i had to do then it should work
