Just got a problem with my V600 I can't hear incoming calls using the
handset; does anybody know how to rectify this without having to return it
to the manufacturer and or the obvious turning the sound up. TIA

I believe I have just posted the same problem in respect of the V500. I
cannot hear the person on the other end through the headset but if I
have an earpiece or bluetooth attached it is fine also if I put the
speaker on but there is something obviously wrong with the phone(s).
