Do I need a new router!? Upload Speed Issue

Hi. I currently stream games and need about 3 mb/s to stream in HD, but I might be able to get away with atleast 2 mb/s. http://www.speedtest.net/result/2385653536.png is my speed test results. I have 1.06 mb/s with Cogeco Cable. My router is Netgear N300 WNR2000, http://www.netgear.com/home/products/wirelessrouters/work-and-play/wnr2000.aspx

My PC sucks, but it's not too bad, and doubt that it changes my internet in any way. I don't know much about networking or internet at all. How do I increase my upload speed? Do I need a new router? New internet provider? Cogeco is high speed cable and I believe it's the fastest internet I can get around here. I'd rather not move just to get a higher upload speed so I can stream in HD. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

EDIT: Forgot something very important! I am running wireless atm and I heard wired internet is alot faster than wireless.

is 15Mb down and 1Mb up what you subscribed for?

the only way to increase your Upload speed is by upping your internet plan or change provider to one that provides higher upload speed.

changing the router will not do any good

the Bandwidth requirements are met but i do not know if the 250GB/month will work for you when up-streaming HD
