I just purchased an altec lansing 5 speaker set (subwoofer being one of the 5) and my operating system is win2K professional. My sound card is a Hercules Gamesurround Muse XL. Problem is only the subwoofer and the left and right front speaker are making any noise. How do I get my surround sound working? I would really apprecciate any kind of help and Happy Thanksgiving all.

Do you have the surround features activated through the soundcards control panel? If it is, is everything properly plugged in? Also my Altecs have a separate surround volume control does yours?
