Moist packaging after shrink Wrapping

So I get this new wifi card for the desktop. Open the shrink wrap and find all the papers and cardboard slightly moist. The card was wrapped in one of those static bags. It's not much, but enough that I noticed it. Would the card still be usable or should I just ask for a new one? I haven't tried it out yet, not sure what it would do to the computer.
