On pricewatch.com, i found $200 USD for 512 1066MHZ RDRAM; the description is "TOTAL 512MB (A PAIR OF RIMMS). MUST INSTALL IN PAIR FOR INTEL P4 CPU SYSTEM"

Can someone tell me if that means it is only 1 stick or does it include both sticks?

I wouldn't trust any company unless I get a complete and detailed description, there is a lot of bogus stuff floating around.

I doubt it. That would be way to cheap for RDRAM.

Stick of PC 1066 OEM Samsung cost 103$ and Pc3200 XMs cas2 retail cost 96$.Let add 7 $ for going retail so we got a 110 vs 96.Price disparity seen to shirk until some memory maker start to a price cut again.

Now what to do??
