2 ways, one is use a router,
2nd depends on ISP but purchase multiple IP addresses and each computer gets a separate one, this used to be done with static IP's over cable modems, no idea what service you are using. Still need a hub or switch to hit both computers at the same time though on this one and you can get cheapo wired routers to do it without increasing your monthly fees.
