Problem installing Windows 7 on new build

Hello, I just finished building my first computer and I plan on using my HDTV as a monitor. The problem is that windows 7 is having trouble installing.

Whenever it boots is goes through the loading page and the "starting windows" page but when it gets to the choosing language, country, etc. screen it freezes and my keyboard and mouse are none responsive.

I can enter the BIOS just fine and my keyboard and mouse work there.

I think the problem might be related to resolution as I am using my HDTV. But I don't know why it would wait until that spot to stop working. Plus, I don't have a monitor to connect it to to fix the resolution.

These are my specs:

  1. Never mind guys. I just moved the usb stick that was wirelessly connecting my mouse to another port. For some reason that port made the mouse work during BIOS but not in Windows. It works now.
