I am building a new machine and I have decided on just about everything except the speakers. I have been looking at the Klipsch Promedia 4.1. They seem to be great from what I have read in the reviews, but I have noticed some people saying that they died after 6 months or something, is this just because these ppl put the volume up all the way or what? And if anyone has had a good/bad experience with the klipsch 4.1 system please post. I won't be watching any movies on my pc, but I will want enviormental audio for games and such(i will be listening to music too), which is why i want a 4.1 system. So if anyone can recomend a good 4.1 system it would be appreciated.

I have the Klipsch 4.2 (2 set of 2.1) for almost 2 years and did not have any problem.

Ok, thanks...thats good to hear. Can anyone recomend speakers that are better or as good as the klipsch 4.1 system?

I need to decide which speakers to get. I want to have great sounding speakers, I just don't know if its worth 240 bucks.

I use my speaker a lot so I think they worth the money. The speaker also last longer than most other computer component.
