I found an interesting site today called http://tagtag.com that lets you
create your own WAP site for free. You can then place .jar and .jad
files on your WAP site and download them to your phone. The have some
basic games for free as well as ringtones, pictures, etc that you can
play with.

There is no catch to this - at least I haven't found one after playing
around there for an hour. For those of you who don't have Bluetooth
phones and don't want to go through the steps to download games via USB,
this looks like a winner.
