Just bought a refurb laptop. The HD was wiped prior tomshipping, so did fresh windows install with disc provided per enclosed instructions. So far so good. Now the laptop reports unable to find drivers for ethernet, network controller, pci simple controller sm bus controller & usb controller.

How do i find & install drivers? Assuming i'll have to burn to disc since usb is out?

This noob thanks you from the bottom of my heart!

You need to install the drivers from a driver disk that would have come with the laptop, or preferably download the latest drivers for your laptop from Samsung:

Yes, if your USB is not working you can download and burn them to a CD on another computer. Check that you choose the correct Windows 7 version and get the chipset driver, and all the individual device drivers -- if you get the LAN and wireless drivers first you can download the rest to your laptop and then install them.
