Normally a WPA encryption password is set up when your wireless parameters are configured for the first time on the router. The router comes shipped with the wireless unsecured/unencrypted.

Log into the router's admin page and go to the wireless tab. see if you can see the password. it may be starred out. if it's starred out, you will have to reset the router back to default settings and re-configure your Wifi settings.
