I can't seem to do it but I understand that on the V551 you can setup
multiple phone numbers for one contact without that person's name being
listed more than once in the phonebook. When his name is highlighted I am
told that you can then cycle through his various numbers by pushing the left
or right arrow keys. Perhaps someone could explain (in detail) how to set
this up as the manual does not address this topic.

Open the phone list. Then look for 'Setup'. There, select 'Primary
Contact' in the 'View' field.
It will show the primary phone number for each repeated contact wich you can
redefine with 'Set Primary'.
