v220 headset,can't get it working

Hi,
I have tried 4 headsets from 4 different branches.
I can't get it work with my V220.

problems:
I can't answer calls with the button on the headset
I can't hang up conversations with the on/off button on the headset.
I don't hear the ringtone in the headset.

I do hear the beeps when I press a button.
On auto answer, I can hear the calling person and he can hear me.

for just some stupid reason.. it won't work the way I will and that
is, answer a call with the button in the microphone,disconnect with
the button, hear the ringtone in the headset so I know somebody is
calling.
