I need help immediately with THEMES

im having a small problem...i downloaded this theme that i like, It's mac_itunes theme...now it works fine, but i don't like the Icons it uses so i changed that, and i also added a different background.... Now how can i save it so when i want to load this theme up again it will Stay like this with the new icons and new background..... i click on the Save As and sent it to my Themes, and a few other places but still wont Work~~ UGGGhhh what am i doing wrong..
