What router should I go for?

Hi,

I am about to get a new ISP, and I am only renting the modem(long story), so I am looking for a good router that will have a good signal, around 3-4 ports, dual band, can handle 4 people surfing,watching videos, and playing online games, and that will provide a data speed rate of about 300mbs - 1GB . I am not picky about the brand, and I would like to keep the price below $100.

Any help is appreciated it.
