OK i have been searching the web for 3 days now. All i would like to do is add another power supply to my computer because i have an extra one. The only problem is that i don't know how to get the extra one to turn on when i turn the computer on. I think that i have to do some wire splicing with the 20 pin connector to the motherboard. But that is the problem, which wires do i do that too? Or if someone could just tell me how to do this in plain english that would be very helpful. I have a p4 board if that makes a difference because of the p4 4pin connector. But please some one help me out here, i am dieing here. Thanx

You need to connect ground and pin 14 of the ATX power connector to ground and pin 14 of the other PSU.
The /PS_ON signal comes from the mobo and is used to turn the PSU on when the front power switch is pressed.

This is very easy. I also did it myself according this pic:

So you only have to connect the PowerGood wire with a ground and the Power On with his ground with the Power On and his ground of the other PSU.

My CPU runs so hot the arctic silver undergoes nuclear fusion  .
