Which CDRW should I buy? Is there CDRWs that works in ATA33+ mode? I have the LG 32x10x40, It works fine (very very silently - doesn't supports ATA33 though) but in my new computer I want to get other one...

Also: If I have 1 CDRW drive (ATA33+), 1 DVD drive (Lite ON LTD-166SATA33), 1 HD (WD SE 40GB ATA100). How would you configure the Master/Slave thing having 2 ATA133 controllers?

CD-RW's can't make full use of ATA-33, so you don't need an ATA-33+ drive. And there is no ATA-33+ CD-RW available in market.

I recommend LiteOn 48x/24x/48x CD-RW.

good point and the 48x24 can easily be OC'd to 52x if you desire and you save like 16 bux in the process

It doesn't worth to void the drive warranty for just saving 5-6 second burning time per CD.

I just overclocked mine. A piece of cake...
But you are very correct with burn times. Indistinguishable from a 48x. What im REALLY waiting for is an update to the 52x32x52x firmware

I reccomend the Liteon 48246S (48x24x48x). Very fast and reliable.

As far as setup goes, i reccoment the following configuration.

Primary master: WD SE HDD.
Secondary master: Liteon DVD
Secondary Slave: Liteon 48246S

And use a 80wire ata66 cable for both channels.
This will ensure that on the fly dvd->cdrw burns work well. Ive done it. It works.
