Ausu p50 deluxe

I have an ausu P50 deluxe motherboard with built in sound card, and I updated to windows seven and it would not let me add the sound drivers from the motherboard disc, I have a blue tooth dongle and blue tooth headset that work great on vista, XP but can not seem to get it to work on windows 7 with this motherboard because of no or little sound driver's.

any one got a great tip to help me out ?

Cheers all.
