while booting this lap continuous beep sound coming, but the same is not coming when the lap in AC connected power or while restart
update latest bios from hp but its not work out
Issue 2 on the same lap : its pack with vista, several months after ...... after booting the pc if we click the start button throw the mouse help and support window is opening and cant able to close it also and some other kind of issues too
then i format the portion and install i back same continues again i format all hard disk and install windows 7 but same thing happens
but after power on the lap instead of clicking by mouse if i click windows button from the key board then lap is working as normal
i don't know whats happening here and how to short out ....
and also while booting the pc that beep sound also still coming .... if i press F12 that sound wont come ask F1 to press .. its shows system information (in that it give as windows vista) then Esc button then os booting
but no use until short that issue please help me
