I've been using a Powerline adapter by Dlink DHP-306AV for awhile and now it is just ridiculously slow. Prior to this problem I was getting around 20mbps, which was very close to my Ethernet speed. Now it is about 3-5mbps.
I've tried the adapter with my other computers and have been getting 15-20mbps, using the same cable and adapter. A wireless adapter was a bit better, around the 10mbps mark.
I've done a fresh install of my OS so registry shouldn't be the problem. I've tried various versions of the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller drivers and none have helped significantly.

My Motherboard is the Asus P8H61-M LE/CSM Revision 3.0.
The BIOS is updated to the latest version too.
I'm pretty sure I didn't install anything at the time, other than a couple of games, but as I said, I've done a fresh install of Win7.

Any help to get it back to even 15mbps would be great.
