Problem installing flashplayer on windows 7 starter

themoment I try to download, an error comes up stating server not responding, so no download. everything else is ok. IE is working, also i cannot download chrome the same is answer as for flashplayer. I am operating windows 7 starter on toshiba netbook. Will appreciate if some one can help me. Khalsa

if the server is not responding, then try again at a later time. hopefully you are trying to download flash directly from adobe...
