My wifi isn\'t connecting although the belkin router is set up how do i fix this

The other day my wifi was working the all of a sudden today my wifi stopped and said it's disconnected. On the router the only non-green light says "LINK"and it keeps flashing orange. How do i fix this because i cannot tweet pics from my phone without this working...
PLEASE HELP!!

Did you pay your cable bill ?
How many lights on the router and your phone is connected to the router ? Is your modem connected to the internet ? Are the lights solid on the modem with the activity light blinking ?
What's the model and brand of the modem and what's the model of the router ?
What is connected to the router besides the cell phone ? Any computers , are they online ?
