How to download audio files and mobile apps from mobile sites?

Audio file should be easy, just download them, but why would you want to download mobile apps then they will not run on your PC?

For apps to download in mobile, I dont have GPRS connection that's why.. Audio files are easy?! How? Please tell me sir
