Unidentified network.

Getting the above error on PC and Laptop when connecting to router via Ethernet, wireless devices such as iPad iPhone and laptop when using WiFi dont get this error anyone know of a fix? Tried resetting TCP/IP stacks among other stuff, tried a static IP tried restoring the router to factory defaults, tried new router (of the same make and model) tried almost anything the only thing i can think of is a new NIC for the PC or a new router but if there not going to fix it id rather not waste my time and money.

Any help greatly appreciated getting annoyed not having net for two days now having to use my phones data which is almost gone now .

Have tried both multiple times neither has worked thanks anyway though.
