My laptop ASUS Windows 7 is on but it doesnt start and ERROR appears on the scre

it shows all the time "window explorer has stopped working" when ever iwant to delete any file this this will apear, what can i do?

Did your laptop come with an installation disk? Probably not, but it looks as af you need to Repair Windows which will mean restoring your machine to its's factory settings, usually by hitting an 'F' key when booting. If the problem started recently you may be able to restore the system to an earlier Restore Point to fix the fault.
