As I stated, LetsTalk.com can't guarantee me a ENS phone. I managed to
get the required IMEI code for Moto V551 and Nokia 6230 from Cingular
tech support. Then I went to Cingular physical store and although they
were willing, they had no Motorola V551 or Nokia 6230 that are ENS
(post-November 15)!! I then proceeded to call nearly 10 Cingular stores
in Silicon Valley area and NONE had the newer phones. So how would I
have been better off dealing with a physical store as opposed to
LetsTalk?

And what the hell is Cingular doing? I talked to Cingular about
purchasing a phone direct and they too could not guarantee the proper
IMEI! I don't understand why they removed the manual system selection
feature from the SIMs (apparently some 32K SIMs still allowed it), when
the only phones that can be set to a different default system are so
new that no one has them!
