I have an ATI AIW 7500 video card that is working great....except that when watching TV on my monitor, it has a fuzzy/snowy effect. I can make out images and only 2 channels have sound (also poor). I have cox cable & internet. From the wall I have a splitter, one cable to my cable modem & the other to my tuner. There is something on the back of my modem to decrease the signal for the internet because it was too strong. Any similarity when viewing TV? I have loaded latest drivers for CPU & hardware and have loaded software on first HD (winXP)& second HD (win98). I have emailed ATI several times but keep getting generic autoreplies. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips or at least a resource for teaching myself. Thanx
